  • Hot Vinyasa - All Levels

    Move, breathe, and flow in this dynamic class for all levels. Each session blends creative sequencing, mindful movement, and breathwork to build strength, flexibility, stability, and balance. Experience a rhythm and intensity shaped by the teacher’s unique approach as you refine your alignment, discover new variations, explore arm balances and inversions, and find your edge. With modifications and challenges tailored for you, the class stays accessible yet invigorating, leaving you feeling inspired, empowered, and deeply connected to your body and mind.

    Temperature Range: 90-95°F

  • Warm Vinyasa - Level 1/2 (Beginner/ Intermediate)

    Ideal for all levels, this class makes building a solid foundation fun and accessible! Explore foundational poses, alignment, and breathing techniques as you flow through your practice, syncing breath with movement. Props and modifications make it accessible, with optional challenges to deepen your practice. Each class offers unique sequencing, pace, and intensity shaped by the teacher’s style. This class is highly recommended (but not required) for beginners before taking Level 2/3!

  • Hot Vinyasa - Level 2/3 (Intermediate/ Advanced)

    Ready to level up? Flow through dynamic, playful sequences, explore advanced poses and unique transitions, refine your alignment, and find your edge in this class. Each class has its own rhythm and intensity, reflecting the personal approach of the teacher. This class builds upon the foundation built in level 1/2 classes, offering an opportunity to deepen your practice and refine your skills.

  • Hatha Foundations - L1/2

    This beginner-level hatha flow offers a strong foundation in the essential elements of yoga, emphasizing the alignment of foundational poses, breathwork, and meditation. Moving at a slow, mindful pace, explore seated, standing, and supine asanas (poses) that build strength and improve flexibility, balance, and stability. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to strengthen your foundation, this class provides a blueprint to build a solid practice. All levels are welcome.

    Temperature Range: 75-80°F

  • Yoga Strength - All Levels

    Sculpt and strengthen your entire body with this fun, dynamic fusion of yoga, weight lifting, and high-intensity intervals. This class is focused on building muscle endurance, enhancing coordination, and increasing strength and mobility. It emphasizes intentional movement using both light and heavy weights, resistance bands, and other props, along with bodyweight exercises tailored to your fitness level. 

    Expect a challenging and energetic, yet adaptable experience that delivers results and leaves you feeling the burn every time! Beginners are highly encouraged to start with Level 1/2 or ‘all-level’ classes to familiarize themselves with yoga fundamentals and alignment before taking Yoga Strength classes.

  • Midday Reset - All Levels

    This energizing, dynamic flow provides a mid-day break to help you recenter and continue your day with clarity and focus. Open to all levels, it offers modifications for beginners and challenges for experienced practitioners, meeting you where you are each day.

  • Elevate and Energize Flow - All Levels

    Start your weekend with this fun and dynamic early evening class! Set in a warm environment, this energizing flow helps you shake off the week and transition into your evening feeling light and strong. Open to all levels, the practice offers modifications for beginners and challenges for experienced yogis, supporting you as you set the tone for the weekend ahead.

    Temperature Range: 80-85°F

  • Mellow Flow to Yin - All Levels

    Blends gentle movement with a soothing yin practice to cultivate awareness and release tension, fostering a deep sense of inner stillness and connection. The class seamlessly transitions between simple, dynamic sequences and calming yin stillness, guiding you toward release and recovery. Ideal for all levels, this meditative journey encourages balance and renewal.

  • Slow and Deep Burn Reset - All Levels

    This class invites you to slow down and turn your attention inward to the subtle sensations that you create in your body. This practice focuses on deliberate transitions, longer holds, and a slow pace connected with your breath to build strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance, as well as a deep burn that challenges and empowers.

    Feel the burn, embrace your edge, and discover your reset. All levels are welcome.

  • Candlelit Yin and Restore - All Levels

    Recover and restore with this calming and gentle practice that blends yin and restorative yoga. Holding poses for up to 5 minutes at a time, this class targets the joints and deep connective tissue to release tension with minimal muscle engagement. In this class, the teacher will provide you with personalized guidance to adapt each pose to your body and cultivate a balanced and peaceful mind. Ideal for unwinding or recovering from more intense practices, this soothing practice promotes flexibility, reduces stress, and enhances mental clarity, leaving you deeply relaxed, grounded, and revitalized. All levels are welcome.

  • Candlelit Slow Down and Restore - All Levels

    Immerse yourself in a space of rest and rejuvenation. In this restorative practice, you will use props to support your body in gentle poses that are held for longer periods of time (up to 20 minutes), allowing for deep release and restoration. Through stillness, breathwork, and meditation, you will restore your mind-body connection, replenish your energy, and cultivate inner peace and tranquility. Appropriate for all levels.
